Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
- Flat rate shipping: $15 anywhere in the US.
- Alaska and Hawaii: $20.
Processing times
- RUIN kits and remotes are hand built and tested, so they ship in 2 to 10 days depending on stock, and a little longer during a drop. Preorder items ship on the timeline stated on the product page.
- Mounts and accessories ordered on their own ship within 72 hours. Ordered together with a kit, they ship in the same box as the kit.
- Apparel is made to order, so it takes a little longer to arrive.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Refunds and returns
Kits are hand made with custom-ordered parts that we cannot return, so a kit can only be refunded if you cancel within 48 hours of placing the order. Once a kit or remote has shipped, it cannot be refunded or returned.
Made-to-order apparel is not returnable unless it arrives damaged or misprinted. If that happens, contact us with photos as soon as it arrives and we will make it right.
Lifetime warranty
Every RUIN system comes with a lifetime warranty on the remote, controller and wire harness. If the system fails for any reason other than user error, we replace it once for free. A second replacement costs $150, with a limit of two replacements. The warranty does not cover incorrect installation.
To make a claim, contact us with photos and the serial number of your system (printed inside the case lid). Customers are responsible for shipping.
